There is never a dull moment in our household. Everyday is an adventure . . .
This was a very eventful month for Mr. Benjamin. After a late Birthday Celebration at JETS Gym he was ready for his tonsil surgery. After suffering from several cases of strep and restless sleep due to breathing difficulties, we opted to have his tonsils and adnoids removed.
Ben was very brave during this procedure and really enjoyed the hospital gown and hat as you can see in the picture.
Five days after the procedure, there was some complications which gave Ben, Mom and Dad a pretty good scare. The complications was from premature bleeding from his initial procedure. This was remedied by another trip into surgery to stop the existing bleeding.
Here we are 4 days later and Ben is doing great. The toughest job is to keep him still. He isn’t complaining about pain or an upset stomach like he was after his first procedure so things are looking good. He continues to heal and is still a ball of energy.
